With a long history of providing high-quality employment services to marine and non-marine clients, the Group has evolved organically over the years and our range of services now also includes many operational activities.
Having served at sea since 1974 onboard a variety of commercial and energy sector vessels, attaining the rank of Master, Neil came ashore in 1992 and has been involved in Marine Operations Management and Offshore Employment Services since then. Moving to Guernsey in 2000 and becoming involved in the Large Yacht sector in 2008.
Donna joined Voyonic Crewing Limited in 2007 as HR & Payroll Manager, having worked for many years in the Offshore Energy sector in Aberdeen prior to moving to live in Europe before settling in Guernsey. Donna has many years of experience in HR Management, and is now our group Director with oversight across the Group of companies, prior to this Donna was our HR & Resource Director.
Peter began his maritime career in 2000 and has since gained a degree in Maritime Studies. Following three years working as the Operations Manager in the Monaco office of a yacht management company, Peter retuned to the UK and headed a yacht management and charter division. Peter has served on the board of MYBA and has acted as an Expert Witness.
Lorrane joined Voyonic in 2008 and as Operations Director is responsible for development and delivery of day to day processes and procedures across the company, a role to which she brings many years management experience, focusing over the last 20 years on Global employment and payroll.
Becky joined Voyonic in 2009 and in her current position of Resources Director, with the support of Sam, manages the internal day-to-day resources activities within Voyonic. Becky has a variety of marine experience, having previously worked in a personnel office for the Royal Navy and of a food and beverage operator of a large ferry company.
Jenny joined Voyonic in 2015 and in her current position of Senior HR & Payroll Manager, she manages the day-to-day running of the HR & Payroll department
Gowain joined Voyonic in August 2012 providing HR and payroll services to our yacht clients, which has now grown to over 240 Super Yachts.
Ed previously worked as an auditor for a Big Four accounting firm before joining the Voyonic Group in 2016. As Financial Controller he oversees internal and external accounts functions, ensuring regulatory and reporting requirements are fulfilled.
Lester has many years of experience on board Oil Chemical Tanker and Training Ship as Deck Officer. He also has years of experience in Navigation Simulator Programming. Lester joined Voyonic Crewing Limited in October 2021.
